Terms & conditions

Available rental equipment may vary according to the current stock. In the case of out-of-stock equipment, we will make a reservation and inform you of the expected availability.

Delivery

You can pick up the device personally or have it delivered by a qualified colleague if you need it. Delivery will be made at the agreed time. On receipt of the device or on delivery, the device will be set up and trained in its use.
Upon delivery of the device, a rental contract will be concluded, which will require some personal details: name, address, delivery address, place and date of birth, ID number, telephone number and a deposit payable in cash. The rent must be paid at this time and an electronic invoice will be issued to the tenant. It is difficult to predict the recovery period in advance, so it is not necessary to specify the exact rental period. In the case of renewal, the price range at which the rental contract was concluded should be used.

Return

The device can be returned at a previously agreed time personally at our headquarters, or our colleague will return it for a delivery fee.

Service area

Budapest and a 40 km surrounding area. Occasionally, depending on capacity, we can also cover longer distances by special arrangement. The device cannot be taken out of the territory of Hungary and can be used at the place indicated in the contract.
